General terms and conditions:

 

The general terms and conditions, which are accepted by you as a customer when placing an order, regulate the legal relationships and contractual conditions between you (principal) and Rona van der Zander (contractor). Any deviating terms and conditions of the principal shall be  accepted by the contractor only after written confirmation. Verbal promises and collateral agreements require written confirmation.

 

Workshops and Seminars

The invoice amount is to be paid without deduction within 14 days of receipt of the invoice. 

Agreed workshop dates can be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before the date. Dates that are cancelled less than 14 days before the appointment, will be charged at 50%. Dates cancelled less than 48 hours before the date will be invoiced in full.

 

Registered participants who do not attend the workshop are not entitled to a refund of the workshop fee.

The contractor van der Zander reserves the right to cancel the seminar for important reasons. In this case already paid seminar fees will be refunded or no invoice will be issued. Important reasons are force majeure, illness, accident or other circumstances beyond the trainer's control. The contractor is entitled to agree an alternative date with the client by mutual agreement.

 

The technical equipment for the coachings/workshops (beamer, flipchart/s etc.) is the responsibility of the client. The offer does not include room bookings and no catering.

 

Company workshops and lectures

 

The cancellation of a lecture, seminar or workshop is possible free of charge up to 4 weeks before the event, provided the contractor has received this in writing. If the written cancellation is received less than 4 weeks before the event, the full fee is due.

 

The contractor is entitled to cancel an event for important reasons. Important reasons are force majeure, illness, accident or other circumstances for which the trainer is not responsible. In this case already paid seminar fees will be refunded or no invoice will be issued. The contractor is entitled to agree an alternative date with the client by mutual agreement.

 

Non-disclosure agreement

 

The Contractor undertakes to maintain complete confidentiality. This includes all contents of the training services, all information about the person of the customer and his private and/or professional or business environment as well as all business and trade secrets that have become known. This obligation shall continue beyond the term of the contract and shall expire only to the extent that the customer has given its express consent thereto.
